Who will be delivering my order?
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.
You will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number within your order fulfilment email. Please use this tracking number and link to keep a close eye on shipping updates.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be fulfilled within 7 business days of placing the order. You will receive fulfilment confirmation via email, which will include all tracking information. You can then keep an eye on shipping updates directly via the link provided or via the Australia post website.

Order status updates
Once you have placed your order — all status updates will be sent via email. This will include, order confirmation and order fulfilment. Your order fulfilment email will include a tracking number and link, for you to keep a close eye on shipping updates.
Can I return my order?
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Products will only be refunded, credited or replaced in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
